Hi Alan, you may want to check out the Savision. Solution it joins the scom alert with any other data source, like o365 for example?
Are you not using the new web page front end or a third part replacement for the console yet?
Hey Peter, you may want to talk to your Savision account manager, we have a new feature that can handle this request for you;)
You may also want to check out the solutions at Savision, the enhance the connection from SCOM to Service Now further, and are a great alternative to the service discovery feature they charge for.

Or try Live Maps, that automatically stop this issue.
you may want to check out Live Maps, this does generate group level health states which you can overrides more to your liking to allow the roll up to reflect the correct health state you wish. It also auto creates the groups you want to make your life easier to design the dashboards.
would love to get your SQL query, and run it through the HTML5 widget we have sitting in Live Maps which does allow you to show that data next to the health status of the same targets, if you are interested let me know.
Live Maps does allow you to have this and makes the content on the graphs automate, not only in SCOM but also in its HTML5 web front end, have you tried the solution out yet?
