you can just create your own templates...

However i wouldn't mind if a more templates would be added, so i don't have to create the easy ones myself.

SCOM should have an option to force a language in the console instead of setting it to localization settings of the user. This is good as a default, but an user should be able to override this unless a SCOM admin forced a certain language for all consoles.
That will help not only dutch users but all global organisations.

you can just add this in the role definition (second tab of where you can select the views).

I know this is not always possible (or even desirable when doing application monitoring), but loads of very basic management packs of microsoft need improving.

    e.g.
    - network monitoring has a primary key of the MAC address, which is the only way to find network devices in performance views. No one knows this...
    - *Nix monitoring shows the OS version without the "servername" as object.

This is not really a SCOM product change, but more a more careful MP design, which also should be addressed.

This is THE issue with SCOM.
Sizing "limits" is the proof for a fundamental issue: "5000 servers with 50 consoles. 15.000 servers with 25 console". More servers usually means more ppl who have to work with monitoring.

All the investigestion i've done come down to SQL performance and some very terrible queries (mostly due to the dynamic nature of the database).
