  1. authoring template sort by "Created" column

in the authoring space, looking at the monitors created by Management Pack Templates, if I try to sort by the date in the "Created" column, it only sorts on the first digit. that is to say 1/15/2017 comes before 9/15/2012. also in typical Microsoft fashion, 11 comes before 3, so a monitor created in November of this year is 'older' than a monitor I created in March of this year.

  2. Office 365 - Use Auto Close Monitors instead of rules for Incidents

Currently the O365 MP all alerts are generated by a rule, and then there's another rule to close the alert (eventually, have yet to see it work). Why not use the already present (and well working) workflows from OpsManager to determine health instead and THEN generate incident alerts based on health state?. The IncidentState information is already in the Datasource's PropertyBag, why not use it in the ConditionDetectionModule to determine health.

Also, while there is a somewhat detailed HealthModel which can and should be used as targets for the monitors above, there are no monitors attached to the classes so…

  3. trust

Multiple DCs in a forest have a trust with another forest. Due to IPv4 overlap, only certain DCS will be allowed through the firewall to the other forest.
Overrides to NOT alert on trust errors. The override can target a group or device. The override has trusts to ignore.

  4. Compare (all or part of) an Windows event description text of multiple events

Compare the event description text of multiple eventlog entries, within a certain period of time, in a bad-good scenario. Preferably with the use of wildcards, so that it is possible to compare parts of the event description text which is unknown in advance.
