Additionally it would be great to add Incident type in alerts generated by the Office 365 Incidents alerting rule. In Message center we can see incidents of Advisory or Incident type. In SCOM both Advisory and Incidents are resulting with the same type of alert.3 votes

URL in the warning points to https://portal.microsoftonline.com/MessageCenter/MessageCenter.aspx which then redirects to https://portal.office.com/MessageCenter/MessageCenter.aspx WHICH DOES NOT LOAD.
If I manually open the Office365 Portal and visit the MessageCenter, the URL it displays is https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home#/MessageCenter3 votes
