Convert VBS in core MPs to PowerShell

There is no consistency regarding the scripting language used in MP's. Some use VBS, Jscript and a few use powershell. It would be nice if at least all the core MP's "Windows OS"; SQL, AD are changed to PowerShell.

Part of the problem with this is not all servers have the same version of Powershell (and some don't, like Server 2003). Do you code to PS 2.0? 3.0? 4.0?

I would bet this would require changes to the way Powershell scripts are run. I have had to recode Powershell scripts into other languages (usually a managed module) in order to avoid flooding the Powershell script queue.
