Allow manual manipulation of downtime periods in availability reports
I would like to have a way to edit the downtime periods in availability (and other health related) reports, because many times the recorded downtime was not truly downtime. Sometimes recorded uptime was truly downtime, but no monitor was in place to detect it.

The, for clarity's sake, you must clearly mark what periods are edited. Otherwise the reports holds no value at all, especially in a SLA scenario. From the customer's perspective, we might just as well have painted it all green.
