would love to see you making adjustments to O365 management pack with the ability to monitor the status of Microsoft Teams. Currently o365 management pack is really not transparent and its based on ticket system. It would be great to have something like it is for SfB on premise where you can use synthetic transactions. I would love to see synthetic tests checking if PSTN and Peer-to-Peer calls are working from/to Teams.3 votes

when the MP for 365 generates an alert it includes the incident number and the portal url, we'd like it to include a direct link to the incident within the portal.
Office 365 Incident Active Incident TM143856: Service degradation for Microsoft Teams (ServiceDegradation) https://portal.office.com/ServiceStatus/ at the moment someone has to connect to the url login and then find the details for the incident. We'd like the MP to provide a link directly to the incident details.19 votes
Add an alert view per O365 service with Major Updates only from Message Center2 votes
The Alert properties should contain a custom field for the impacted service like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online,.... In this way, customized alert views can be created for a specific O365 service by using the custom field in the alert criteria.2 votes
URL in the warning points to https://portal.microsoftonline.com/MessageCenter/MessageCenter.aspx which then redirects to https://portal.office.com/MessageCenter/MessageCenter.aspx WHICH DOES NOT LOAD.
If I manually open the Office365 Portal and visit the MessageCenter, the URL it displays is https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home#/MessageCenter3 votes
